Ready for Inversion and Backbends?

After mastering alignment rules, we’ll experiment with breaking them. We’ll crawl off our mats to escape linear patterns and ignite creativity.  We’ll summon the chutzpah for frisky inversions and unguarded backbends. This complete body/mind workout requires no equipment and can be done anywhere we dare to move freely.

Sadie has a way of helping my body close the gap between how it is moving and how it should be moving, helping me become a better athlete, co-worker, and friend.
